Charlie Hunnam

Charlie Hunnam was born in Newcastle on 10 April 1980. Discovered in a shoe store by a production manager for the british children's show Byker Grove. His first major role came soon in the drama Queer as Folk (1999). Immediately came the role as the young anarchist Daz in the film Whatever happened to Harold Smith?. Hunnam relocated to Los Angeles in 1999, where his career expanded to include a recurring role as Gregor Ryder in a TV series called Young Americans (2000). He then appeared in the series Undeclared (2002), in Abandon (2002), Nicholas Nickleby (2002), and Cold Mountain (2003). He returned to the United Kingdom to take the lead as Pete Dunham in Green Street Hooligans (2005), and played the role of Patric in Children of Men (2006) directed by Alfonso Cuarón. Charlie currently stars as Jax Teller in the FX network series Sons of Anarchy.

Mas tarde llegaría el papel que le llevó a la fama, en la serie Queer as Folk en 1999, interpretando a Nathan, un enamoradizo quinceañero a la caza de hombres mayores que él . En el 2002 protagonizó un papel en la película La desaparición de Embry con Katie Holmes. Su último papel protagonista ha sido en la producción independiente Hooligans, en la que dos amigos londinenses entran en el violento mundo de los hooligans. Anteriormente hizo el papel de Bosie en Cold Mountain, del director Anthony Minghella y trabajó en ¿Qué le ocurrió a Harold Smith?, de Peter Hewitt. También obtuvo el papel estelar en la adaptación de la novela de Charles Dickens La leyenda de Nicholas Nickleby, nominada a un Globo de Oro a la Mejor Película y en la aclamada serie de la Fox, Undeclared, de Judd Apatow.
